Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PromptPaycheck, a brand operated by Bryant Investor Group LLC ("PromptPaycheck," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit getpromptpaycheck.com (the "Site"), download our free guide, or buy our digital products.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: your name and email address when you request the free AI prompt guide, and any information you include when you email us.
  • Purchase information: when you buy the Prompt Pack, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We receive limited transaction data such as your name, email, billing country or ZIP code, product purchased, amount, and date. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatically collected information: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the free guide and any products you buy.
  • To process payments, refunds, and receipts.
  • To send you marketing emails about AI prompts, tips, and our products (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Email Marketing and Unsubscribing

When you request the free guide, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to opt out. After you unsubscribe, we may still send transactional messages, such as purchase receipts or refund confirmations.

We do not operate a text message (SMS) program and do not send marketing text messages.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them. Where supported, we honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under terms that limit their use of it, including:

  • GoHighLevel: website hosting, forms, contact management, and email delivery.
  • Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to get a copy of it.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information for that purpose.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your request using the email address associated with your information. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will respond within the time required by law.

In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (purchase records), and internet activity (site usage data), for the purposes described above, and disclosed them only to the service providers listed in Section 5.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
