These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getpromptpaycheck.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold or given away by PromptPaycheck, a brand operated by Bryant Investor Group LLC ("PromptPaycheck," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, downloading a guide, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
We offer downloadable digital PDFs, including a free AI prompt guide (provided in exchange for your email address) and the paid Prompt Pack ($27, processed securely through Stripe). Products are delivered electronically by email or download link. Prices may change, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
When you download or buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal and business purposes, including using the prompts to create your own work. You may not:

If you aren't satisfied with a paid product, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No reason is required. After a refund, your license to use the product ends. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity.
We make no income claims and no guarantees. Any examples, ideas, or strategies in our products or content are for educational purposes only and are not a promise or prediction of earnings. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, experience, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Many people who buy educational products make no money. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
Our products contain prompts for use with third-party artificial intelligence tools. We do not control those tools, and AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or infringe others' rights. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any output before relying on it or publishing it, and for following the terms of any AI tool you use.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bryant Investor Group LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or $27, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bryant Investor Group LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulare County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
